How we started

Opportunity Meets Preparedness ... the WaxWing Group was initially formed to extend our knowledge and experience and leverage "on the ground expertise" in India and the US, to SME's around the world. And given market demand we evolved to also provide strategic advisory services to both SMEs and MNCs. The WaxWing Group is the compass for organizations looking for strategic business advice and international growth. We enjoy working with our clients and developing partnerships that stand the test of time. In that spirit we would like to extend our knowledge, resources and enjoyment of these cultures to further aid our client’s growth objectives in an affordable and quickly accretive way.

What is a WaxWing?

The Waxwing is a very social and generous bird that resides in and circumnavigates virtually all continents of the developed world. Feeding opportunities determine the path they travel. Beautiful in plumage and known for their opportunistic pursuit of food sources, the Waxwings are best noted for traveling only so far as necessary to ”keep a positive balance in their caloric bank accounts.”(1 – Jim Lowe)

The Waxwing has a reputation for revelry and generous sharing of its spoils. Instead of fighting for berries on branches, you will more commonly find Waxwings sitting side-by-side, and starting from the bird closest to the food source, passing berries from beak to beak in an evolved and trusted partnership.
