Ratna founded WaxWing Group in 2010 to support companies looking for 'hands-on' and 'in the trenches partners', and an alternative to the traditional consulting firms.
Ratna is a versatile high energy business leader and entrepreneurial executive with broad-based leadership experience and a track record in revenue acceleration, profitability improvement, and leading business transformation programs for major consumer and industrial companies.
Apart from his current experiences advising CXOs and Leadership Teams at large corporations and start-ups, Ratna has helped build a number of highly visible global brands and businesses over 20 years of strategic marketing, M&A and global business leadership experience at leading firms in the industrial, safety and security, consumer durables, and turnaround management sectors. He also played a key role on the industrial side of Web1.0 and brings a unique ability to quickly map the big picture, build relationships and execute decisions.
Ratna earned MBAs from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
Ratna is also an Angel Investor, Mentor and Advisor to Startups and SMEs.
