Mid Size Specialty Chemicals

Situation:

Client’s revenue run rate was behind forecast and WWG was engaged to remedy the situation and get the team back on track.

​Action:

  • For immediate impact WWG organized a ‘gap-fill’ workshop for the top 75 leaders of the client.

  • A 2 day off-site workshop was customized with tools and templates, and preceded by ‘homework’.

 

​Result:

  • Identified several opportunities to drive revenue growth both in the immediate term and for next year.

  • Validated and prioritized $39M for execution with direct accountability under global Level 2 leadership.
