How Will We Deliver:

  • We set up a cadence that works for your team and organization

  • At a minimum, conduct weekly meetings to discuss priorities, challenges, organizational dynamics and relationship situations. We can do this as a mix of in person and live video based sessions. We believe a rhythm is critical to instilling a sustainable change in behaviors and elevating performance.

  • Provide key methodologies and tool kits as needed

  • Provide hands-on guidance on specific tasks

  • Be available on an as needed basis as and when issues arise during the work week

  • Make joint calls on internal stakeholders as driven by a given issue/cause

  • Run joint team and global business meetings and lead by example

  • Bring in additional external subject matter experts for one-off conversations

  • Organize monthly or quarterly check-ins with the CEO for review and feedback, and with the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders as guided by the specific situation to ensure everyone is aligned and tracking to common business and professional growth goals
