Client, a global leader in industrial technology engaged WWG to improve profitability and instill best of breed product management discipline across the business and develop PDM talent. Scope was across global businesses with $1.2B in revenue.

 

Action:

WWG developed and implemented several profitability improvement initiatives, and provided ‘on the job’ coaching to the global core and extended team.

Result:
